Supporting you through where you are and where you want to go.

Life doesn't always get easier just because we know what we're supposed to do. Sometimes we need space to understand what's happening, tools to help us navigate it, and someone in our corner while we figure out what comes next.

Inner Drive Therapy offers individual and couples counseling for people working through anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationships, boundaries, life transitions, and other challenges that can make life feel harder than it needs to.

Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we'll build practical ways to move through difficult moments and create space for growth with compassion, curiosity, and a focus on what matters to you.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.

Therapy for real life.

Meet Danielle

I believe people are capable of meaningful change and growth, even when it doesn't feel possible right now.

I've been working in the mental health field since 2011, supporting children, teens, adults, and couples through challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationships, boundaries, and life transitions.

My approach is warm and direct. I won't sugarcoat things, but I also believe in meeting people with compassion and curiosity. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, develop tools that work for your life, and recognize the progress along the way.

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, mindfulness, breathwork, movement, and strength-based therapy. Together, we'll find an approach that fits you rather than trying to fit you into a particular method.
