FAQs
Do I need to know exactly what I need help with before reaching out?
Not at all. You don't need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Reaching out is simply an opportunity to talk about what's going on and see whether working together might be a good fit.
Do you offer a consultation before starting therapy?
Yes. The first step is connecting with Danielle to discuss what you're looking for, ask questions, and determine whether her approach and services are a good fit for you.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Danielle primarily works with clients through telehealth and is licensed to provide therapy in Oregon and Washington.
Do you offer in-person therapy?
Danielle does not currently maintain a traditional office in Bend. When appropriate and weather permits, she offers nature- and movement-based sessions in Bend, Oregon.
Do you work with couples?
Yes. Danielle offers couples counseling in addition to individual therapy.
Do you accept insurance?
Danielle currently accepts Providence, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Moda plans in applicable Oregon and Washington networks. Because coverage varies by plan, please contact your insurance provider to confirm your benefits.
What happens after I contact you?
Danielle will review your message and get back to you to learn more about what you're looking for, answer any initial questions, and discuss whether it makes sense to move forward.
What if I'm not sure therapy is right for me?
That's okay. You don't have to make that decision before reaching out. The first conversation is simply a chance to ask questions, talk about what you're experiencing, and see whether therapy feels like the right next step.
